The Challenge

Process Bliss provides workflow management SaaS to companies of all sizes. They asked accelerate agency to help them boost their sales through SEO.

After beginning work in March 2021, accelerate agency and Process Bliss set the following targets for their first year of collaboration:

  • 300 new links from high authority, highly relevant domains
  • Increase site visits by 50%
  • Increase non-branded monthly traffic by 300%

Insights

Workflow management SaaS is a highly competitive sector which includes some extremely well known brands, like Monday.com, Basecamp, and Asana.

As a new entry into the market, Process Bliss was up against much more established competitors with much more expansive marketing budgets. This meant we needed to be very efficient, precise, and make every decision right the first time. From the start, we decided to only work on boosting pages which we were 100% confident would rank, and drive sales.

Another key factor would be communication. With limited opportunities, we needed to make sure Process Bliss understood exactly what we were doing at all times, and had fully bought into our vision to grow their business.

What We Did

After consulting with Process Bliss, we produced a relatively short list of just thirty keywords to concentrate on. Each keyword was selected because we determined it would have the biggest possible impact on Process Bliss’ bottom line.

We then produced three content pages based on these keywords we thought could rank quickly. Especially important was securing high authority backlinks for these pages. Our Outreach Team got to work on this straight away with a targeted campaign, and quickly secured links from:

Hubspot.com (DR 93)
Bigcommerce.com (DR 92)
Appadvice.com (DR 86)

Within six months, the three pages we had concentrated our firepower on were ranking in key searches. This included ranking in #1 position in the US for “Process Management Software,” (beating Gartner, Hyland, Capterra).

After Process Bliss could see the results from this initial proof of concept, we began rolling out more pages, and have helped Process Bliss turn SEO into a significant sales channel.

Results

In the first year of our collaboration with Process Bliss, accelerate agency smashed its agreed KPIs:

  • 665 new links from high authority domains have been secured
  • Domain Rank has increased from DR23 to DR57 in one year
  • Non-branded clicks are up 173%
  • Non-branded monthly traffic value has increased by 1,304%

Although accelerate agency’s efforts were highly targeted, the number of high authority links has driven better SEO across all of processbliss.com. The site’s overall Domain Rating has risen from 23 in March 2021, to 57. Previously processbliss.com was ranking in positions 1-3 for only 50 keywords, but is currently ranking in positions 1-3 for 238 keywords.

Most importantly, by being transparent with our activity and engaging in constant communication, we have built a very strong relationship with the Process Bliss team. We are looking forward to growing with them, and taking them to the very top of the highly-competitive workflow SaaS niche.
